Fall preview!

Grace painting her pumpkin red...

Fall has definitely arrived! While I am sad to see summer go and am dreading winter with all my being, I do enjoy fall. I like to be able to take walks outside with the kids without applying layers of sunscreen and hats, not having to use our air conditioning, and all the fun activities that we can do in fall. To commemorate the beginning of fall the girls and I did a few fun fall activities. We went to my sister, Marian's house and the girls picked small pumpkins. We then painted them at Nana Cheryl's house. They loved it! :) While I can't say all the pumpkin's turned out super cute, I can say that we all had a lot of fun!

We also already made it to Yates Cider Mill. I having new places to meet friends for the season. Katie, Jack and Luke met us there and we were all able to eat some yummy donuts and cider. The kids loved seeing the goats, running down the path, playing red light green light, throwing things in the river. Definitely had good conversations and fun! :)
