Taking Care of Business!

With 46 first cousins on one side of my family, it is safe to say that we have had a LOT of weddings. We are approaching the end as the younger cousins are getting married now. It is fun remembering playing at weddings when I was 10 years old and now looking back and realizing that we have had more than 20 years of weddings. Wow, things have changed.  It is fun to see the new things. The photo booths to take pictures in, my brothers actually dancing to songs, new hubbies and boy/girlfriends, how much more gray hair everyone has. ;)
My dad joked all night about he was genetically altering the short gene pool in our family by having all his girls get tall guys. :)
No clue....

Marian & Trev- "Say Cheese!"

Phil, Katie, and Jason - They look so thrilled...
Marian & Trev- too funny to resist ;)

While many things have changed, it cracks me up how so many things stay the same: huge guest lists of more than 300 people, 20 people on the floor doing the Alligator dance to the song "Taking Care of Business", the pictures of the '13 kids'... ahh, the fun! :) The wedding this weekend was no exception. We had a ton of fun, danced the night away, and it was so nice to have my entire family all together to celebrate!

Look at them taking care of business!

Oh yes indeed that is the bride, me and half my cousins rolling around on the ground. :)

Scott and Josh -  we definitely did NOT have phones to entertain us at those first weddings.
